I edited review after about 3 years. I needed to get instructions how to adjust gate. After no response and then playing phone tag with Manassas manager I finally got fed up got instructions for similar gate on you tube.Just tells me they are more interested in initial sale.I got several quotes for vinyl fence and Armour fence quote was very competitive. I read reviews and decided to go with Armour. Very pleased with the whole process. The install went very smoothly and we love the fence.

I am extremely pleased with the work the Armor fence team recently completed on my property! Wynn and Chrissy were amazing and went the extra mile to make sure everything was fixed and scheduled just as I needed it. Love to work with Armor Fence! From beginning to end, my experience with Armor Fence was very pleasant. Daryl was my contact person and he guided me through everything and suggested many different options suited to my back yard. I appreciate a lot since I really didn't have any idea what to do. His guidance was very honest and trustworthy. Plus, I was realized what he recommended was best for me even though the fence wasn't expensive choices among they had after work is done. Work was very quick with great quality. I can say they really know what they are doing for sure. I got another quote from another company since this was my first estimate. After I got another quote, I was realized that I don't need to waste my time anymore to get more estimates.Now, I am working with Armor Fence for my screened porch and deck. I will leave another review for that after it's completed.Highly recommend this company!!!

Our neighbor’s fence caught fire recently and burned down part of our stockade fence. We could not remember who originally installed our fence so Armor Fence of Manassas was recommended to us. We feel fortunate that we followed the advice and used Armor for the cleanup and installation of new fence.Brian Griffith came out immediately after the incident and gave us a fair estimate that was accepted by our insurance company. He was fast and efficient at sending me the estimate in writing and quickly scheduling a team to come out and do the repairs, which turned out to be beautiful. We were so pleased, and are hiring Armor Fence to replace the rest of the fence around or yard.Kudos to Brian and Armor Fence.Armor Fence returned a month later completely replaced all the remaining fence. The 3 installers did a truly professionally job and we could not be happier. I would recommend Armor Fence to anyone who’s needs a new fence or a fence repaired.

Armor Fence did a great job installing my fence today. I worked with Kevin Beavers and his crew. They were very professional, timely and neat. They completed the installation in one day. I barely noticed them in my backyard. My dog is very happy that he now has a playground to run around safely. The fence looks very nice and I am happy that my property is now more private.

I rarely post reviews, but we had such a good experience with Armor that I decided to do this. Our fence looks great! It's sturdy too. Working with them was easy, and the price gave us good value. And since we just unexpectedly were asked to take in a puppy who needed a home, we could only say because we already had the fence!

Armor fence came out and gave me a fair quote. They were on time, professional and addressed all my concerns. I have a sloped backyard so my vinyl fence installation was a little more challenging. When I was unhappy with a spot on the fence, they came out and fixed it right away. I definitely recommend Armor Fence and will use them again in the future.

Clyde could not have made the process any easier for us. We were living in Europe when we had the fence installed and he went above and beyond to meet with our HOA because we could not, to ensure we were compliant. We worked with Jon on the construction of a wood privacy fence for our backyard. Jon was great to work with; no pressure sale, super knowledgeable and he took care of everything all the way to the preference of fence caps. He made sure everything was to our liking, and double-checked measurements as well as property lines. The construction of the fence went smoothly, was the lowest bid of four, and neighbors are already asking for referrals. Very pleased with our experience.

We used Hal Mergler and Armor Fence for two projects.The first was a small job to install a gate leading to the basement. I had an idea of what it should look like but Hal knew exactly what I wanted. It was perfect and finished in no time.The first experience went so well, we called Hal again to install a privacy fence for our pool project. Coordinating with the pool company, the deck builders, and the weather was challenging. Hal was patient and flexible with the schedule changes and again, delivered a wonderful completed project. We recommend Armor Fence and highly recommend that you ask for Hal!

Kevin is so professional from the estimate to installation. He followed up after the estimate and met the team here on installation day. The install went smoothly and the job was done in one day. When our sprinkler hose was nicked they left it open and informed me so I could get it fixed. I truly appreciated that. The cleanup was done well. I'd use Armor again.

David was fantastic! He did not pressure me into accepting his bid, he was thorough in his explanation and recommendations, and most importantly, he listened. The work was done quickly and with excellent results. The pricing was also the best. I got three estimates from three top companies, and they were the best. I had such a great experience that I am looking into having them make us a stamped concrete patio.

Worked with Kevin, his team of fence installers, and Jaime who installed the custom gates at the end, they did a wonderful job installing an aluminum fence to enclose a small backyard. Their price quote was very fair and almost equal to another top rated local company, but Kevin's professionalism, promptness and attention to detail definitely tipped the scales in favor of going with this company. They show up on time, they know what they're doing, and the office is responsive to scheduling needs (I really wanted to be on-site and don't have a WFH job, and they worked with me to reschedule to an off day which I truly appreciate).The installers were fast and meticulous, I think they installed 110 linear feet of fence in 2.5 hours, but I had to wait on 2 custom gates due to a delay. A week later Jaime comes with the gates, but one of them doesn't line up with the already-installed gate post (heights were off by almost 3", looked really weird). Their approach to problem solving and working with the homeowner was impressive; he discussed different options with me and we agreed that the hardest fix would be the best fix, and he got approval from his boss to spend several hours fixing the situation by lifting up a 2 post section of fence by 2-3 inches and re-setting the footers. Jaime's worksmanship was top notch even though he was probably doing a 2 man job by himself, and in the end the gates and fence looked great.As a side note, 24" dig depth and dry packing the post holes seems the norm for this area, at least according to the quotes I received; after seeing them work, I can totally understand why they do a dry pack instead of wet pour (they can do final alignment adjustments after the post holes are filled back up because the concrete hasn't set yet, it was cool to see how they do it). If you want 30" dig depth to frost line, you'll probably have to DIY it, but they probably did what would be a grueling 2 day job for me in 2.5 hours so it's money well spent and I can live with the 24" depth. Good company, top quality people, very good experience, would recommend them to anyone (and already did to a coworker, they were impressed as well though they are working with another team from Armor).

We got multiple quotes on a wood privacy fence & gate that came down to the same dollar figure. We went with Armor fence because of Kevin. He was very detailed and professional. He was incredibly communicative and easy to reach and ask questions to. The crew was neat and professional and worked really fast. We are so happy with our new privacy fence and would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for fence removal or install.

5 stars is not enough to describe our experience with Armor. We absolutely love our new deck. The whole experience was fantastic starting with our sales rep Matt. He was patient with us as we worked through design options and offered advice to help us with the decision making process. Victor was quick to address questions and issues during the build and all matters, of which there were very few, were resolved to our complete satisfaction. All the workers on site were fantastic - very respectful of our property, kind and considerate. Given the size of the project it was completed very quickly. The quality is amazing and we greatly look forward to enjoying our new deck for years to come.

Unfortunately, a driver ran through my vinyl fence and did significant damage. I checked the internet and, luckily, Armor was the first one I came to. Matt McGuckin came out the next day to look at the damage and give me an estimate. My fence was a custom design so it required special ordering materials. Matt and Armor did a great job of matching the existing fence and had the damage repaired quickly at a fair price. I would go to them in a minute again for fence work.

Brian Griffith has been my point of contact for Armor Fence Co. They installed 300’ of custom wood privacy fence with a trellis top. Brian also facilitated the build of two decks for us, a 400sf trex deck on our guest house and a 1300sf trex deck on the main house. I reached out to Mr. Jon Miller in 2021 to get an estimate for replacing my split rail fence. Estimate provided was just not in my budget so did not do any work at the time. Fast forward to Sept/Oct 2022, found out that he was working with my new neighbor to close off their fence on a corner lot. Reached out to him, he promptly stopped by and we worked on an alternative (replace wires, replace gates and put boards at the bottom of the fence all the way around).Mr. Miller never at any time tried to oversell me. He was very respectful of my budget and worked with me on an option that worked for me. The crew was phenomenal. If they were unsure about something, they reached out before starting. Very professional crew all around. In times like these I give credit where credit is due, especially when it comes to value for a $$. Thanks for your service and not attempting to oversell me!

We contacted Clyde Wray of Armor Fence about installing a new deck and screened porch on our house. We had also contacted several other contractors. The plan that Clyde prepared was exactly what we were looking for, right down to the EZ Breeze windows for the porch! And the price he quoted was actually better than we were expecting, based on the quotes we received from other contractors.Work on the deck/porch was basically finished in 5 weeks, with the exception of the special-order EZ Breeze windows. However, as soon as the windows were delivered, the guys from Armor showed up to install them.Shortly after materials were delivered to our driveway, Victor and his crew arrived to begin work. They were here early each morning and worked hard until eveningtime to complete each phase of the project.County inspections, arranged by Armor Fence, were completed promptly at the end of each phase, with no issues.Clyde and Victor were always prompt in returning phone calls/text messages when we had questions.We have been enjoying our screened porch for almost 3 months now. It was so nice to sit on the porch on a summer evening with the windows open (and occasionally with the ceiling fan on) and not be bothered by mosquitoes! As summer’s heat subsided, it was even more comfortable on the porch. As I write this, it is a cool 56 degrees and breezy outside but with the radiant afternoon sun and the windows closed, the porch is 70 degrees - quite comfortable!I highly recommend Armor Fence to enhance your outdoor living space!

Armour repaired one deck with Trex materials and then installed a new Wood and Trex deck at a different location. In addition, two new Wood Fences were put up joining two properties. Brian Griffith, our Armour representative, helped us in making our choices and was always available to set up service and address any concerns.Would definitely recommend this company!!

We went wth Armor fence after our neighbors put one up in the backyard. Kevin Beavers was amazing start to finish. I was a long journey, too, as I had him out here back in spring and decided we needed to take some trees down and do some grading and sodding before the fence. He was kind enough to come back out again after all that to walk the property with me and give me some ideas. His pricing was more than fair and his follow up and responsiveness was flawless. He was at my door the morning of the install to say hello and double check his work and followed up when it was all done. Fence took half a day to put in and we are really happy with it. Highly recommend Armor fence and 100% recommend you ask for Kevin to be your sales rep

Overall, very happy with the service provided and the fence is beautiful! We loved working with Wynn. The team was professional, worked hard, and the end product was exactly what we wanted. The job did take two days, and we expected the team to come back the next morning to finish, so a call or communication about the timing of the crews return would have been appreciated. The company was very receptive to the feedback, so if asked if I would recommend them 10000% I would say yes!!!!

Great experience. Ended up accidently finding Armor by another vendor recommendation due to backlog in even getting a quote for replacement. Clyde and his team were responsive, fair price, and quality work. Armor was flexible in remove and install date due to a delay on my end for tree removals. I highly recommend Armor Fence.

Armor Fence was the most responsive, attentive, and communicative vendor I got a quote from-- and they were the cheapest! They set very clear expectations on timeline, and they stuck precisely to it. They called and/or came out when they said they would, were super nice, and generally had amazing customer service. I would use them again in a heartbeat (although I only need one fence!).

Five stars!! Armor Fence installed a wood fence for me in June. My family and I have been very pleased with the result. In addition to excellent service on the installation day, Armor Fence has twice honored their warranty by sending a professional to make minor repairs on the gate latches. Having compared seven different fence contractors, I know Armor Fence also has better or competitive prices (and a willingness to price match). Great prices combined with ongoing customer service is hard to beat!
