ARMOR 2025 CABANA CONTEST RULES

  1. Armor Fence, Deck & Patio is giving away a stunning $9,000 Backyard Cabana from Timber Tech featuring programmable lighting and remote-controlled louvered shades. Armor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize with comparable features from another vendor should the anticipated Timber Tech Cabana be unavailable. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative compensation will be provided in lieu of the Cabana.
  2. The Contest is open to legal residents of Virginia aged 18 or older. Employees of Armor Fence, Deck & Patio and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.
  3. One entry to the Contest drawing is given for any new client who closes (purchase) their Armor “Product”, (Product is defined as: a Fence, Deck, Patio, Porch, Outdoor Structure, or Outdoor Feature or other Armor Product), within the designated “Contest Period” (Contest Period is defined as: March 31st, 2025, to March 1st, 2026). New Armor Clients are required to prominently display the Armor Job Sign at their project location for 30 days following their closing. Limit one entry per household per qualifying purchase. Multiple purchases by the same household will not result in additional entries unless associated with distinct and valid Referrals.
  4. An extra 10 entries will be given to any existing “Armor Client”, (Existing Armor Client is defined as: any person who has purchased a Product (defined above) from Armor in the past), for every “Referral” of a new Armor Client who purchases an Armor Product within the Contest Period. A Referral will become a Valid Referral, if and only if, the new Armor Referral Client purchases an Armor Product within the Contest Period). There is no limit to the number of Referrals however, no additional entries will be given to an existing Armor Client if their Referral closes their transaction with Armor outside the Contest Period.
  5. Registration of the Referral is the responsibility of the referring Armor Existing Client before the date the Referral closes on their Armor Product purchase. The registration of a potential Referral will be logged by Armor and will become a Valid Referral if and only it the new Armor Referral closes (purchases) their Armor Product within the Contest Period. The notification to Armor of a New Client Referral full name and full address must be sent to Armor via email to [email protected]. by the Existing Armor Client. No other means of registering the Referral will be allowed. In the event of multiple registrations of an individual Referral, the time stamp on the email(s) will determine which existing Armor Client gets credit and Contest entries for the Referral of the potential new Armor Client.
  6. The prize-winning Armor Client will be selected via a random selection process and be announced on the Armor website in April 2026. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a new winner may be selected at Armor’s discretion. If no eligible winner can be confirmed after three attempts, Armor reserves the right to cancel the prize or, award it in an alternate manner potentially to an alternate selected winner at its sole discretion. Armor reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering with the Contest process or violating these rules. Armor is not responsible for technical errors or lost entries due to email issues or other system failures.
  7. Armor will install the awarded prize to the Armor Client, in a Ready Prepared Location within the Armor service area (Northern Virginia), as directed by the Contest winner. “Ready Prepared Location” is defined as a structurally sound, level area that meets all applicable local building codes and zoning ordinances. Site preparation (e.g., foundation or grading) is the responsibility of the winner and is not included in the prize. Any required permits or modifications to the installation site are the sole responsibility of the Contest winner. Armor will install the Cabana only on a site that meets structural, permit and zoning requirements. Installation must be scheduled to be completed within 6 months of the end of the Contest Period and must be a date and time acceptable by Amor to schedule the installation.
  8. Personal information collected for the Contest will be used solely for Contest administration and will not be shared or sold to third parties. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Armor to use their name, city, and photos or videos of the installed Cabana for promotional purposes without additional compensation to the Contest winner.
  9. Odds of winning may vary depending on the number of new clients entering the Contest as well as the number of “valid referral”, “additional entry” awards to existing Armor clients.
  10. Contest, and Contest rules, are Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contest Rules may be amended by Armor Fence Deck and Patio, at its sole discretion, at any time to resolve conflicts, contradictions, provide clarity, or make any corrections or additions. All taxes required to be paid for the awarded prize will be the sole responsibility of the prize-winning Armor Client.
