After obtaining quotes from four deck builders, I selected Armor! I was close to not selecting them; however after reading between the lines, Armor uses professional build techniques as standard! They use RotBlok and joint tape as standard versus other builders charging extra for them. Armor was much cheaper than the competition while maintaining build quality and using Trex products. They are certified Trex Pro which extends your Trex product warranty. Workers were there everyday until completion. Customer service is also top notch. I never had issues with communication or questions. Even the CEO of the company is involved in day to day communication and part of the customer service experience. Well Done Armor!

May 2,2024 update: Today I received a thank you card from armor fence with a nice gift card inside. They apologized for the payment hassle, thank you very much Armor Fence Co , and I’m recalling my new fence!Five stars for the fence itself, you can see the pictures and my original original post below.everything else has been absolutely dreadful and time-consuming and annoying and straight up disorganized and unprofessional.Long story short I bought a house asked my realtor to recommend a fence guy and I went with armor. The invoicing logistics and other office support is completely nonexistent. No portal or invoice is emailed to you. Even though this is how I have paid my movers, and my surveyor and my home, inspector, etc. The only piece of paper that I’ve ever gotten from our was a carbon copy of an initial estimate that the project manager put together for me. That’s it. So I go on their website to pay my deposit, well their processor sucks. I paid a deposit of 2400, and it kept declining from their site, even though I confirmed with my bank that it wasn’t on our end. Then it proceeded to charge my card six more times in the amount of $2400. So that was another city. Eventually five of those charges came out. The work was completed and a few days later I went to make another payment. Well, once again, the portal wasn’t working and it charged me another $4800 as pending and then those charges dropped off. A couple days later when I was having trouble, I called the office and talked to Cheyenne and explained what was going on and she said that she would have someone for accounting contact me. They never did. Went by and I have the project manager calling me wondering where the payment is. Well then I tell him what he says can you call the HR lady and I was like no but she can call me. I don’t know why it would be on me to help them do their invoicing and figure out what’s going on with their credit card processing….So then she sends me another link, she says oh it’s very strange. This is never happened, which I really highly doubt. So of course, then I try to make another payment and that doesn’t work. While I’m on the phone with her, I ask her for a warranty put in writing. She said oh Dean already talk to you about that. I’m not actually sure that conversation ever happened, but I asked her repeatedly for a warranty in writing and she completely disregarded and didn’t follow up with me. How professional!Then she says well why don’t you give me your credit card number over the phone and I was like well that’s not happening since you guys have already proven that you keep overcharging people peoples credit cards. Then Dean calls back, and then Dean says oh why don’t you give your credit card to me and I’ll have my assistant run it through and I’m like that’s definitely not happening.Then he says will mail a check, well. The thing is is that I moved the entire money from my savings onto my credit card to head off problems like these that might occur with contractors. That way I have some protection with my credit card company so no I am not mailing you a check, then I took more time out of my day even though I’m moving in three days, and I’m working all day to call Citibank who again said that it is their processing company at Armor Fence Co then Dean calls back a final time and says oh well you don’t have to put your security code in the portal. Except that the link that the HR person sent me ask for a security code or you can’t go any further.Guys, get it together! You need to get an invoicing system. You need to get a strong portal and you need to be following up with your clients.Let me know when your portal is fixed so that I can make this payment, I don’t have any more time to spend on this.ORIGINAL:I absolutely love my new fence! I had been searching for someone to install it and was recommended to armor fence and Dean from my realtor. Dean and his team did such an amazing job, the work was fast, clean, on time, and as promised!the price was also super competitive .

Excellent work by the installation team that showed up on time and worked very efficiently to deliver a great result by the end of the day. The crew was courteous and thoroughly cleaned up the construction site before they left in the evening. I highly recommend Armor Fence and will certainly utilize them again in the future!

We had a 630 square foot trex deck installed in 2021 by Armor Fence. Their price was substantially lower than multiple other estimates (even when lumber prices were elevated), the crew was great, and the work was completed in a timely manner. The deck has been excellent and served exactly as expected. We'll most likely hire them for our next property

We bought a full yard privacy fence with paddock accents on the sides. Armour Fence has been excellent to deal with. From the first meeting with Kevin Beavers (who never once complained about all the changes) to every crew member who has been to our property AND the office staff- I cannot say enough wonderful things about this team! Even a recent repair from a fallen tree was handled as if we bought a whole new fence! Very professional, courteous, friendly, and skilled! Quick and professional response to request for estimate. Made useful suggestions and was decent price, about 15% lower than their biggest competitor. Job was done very quickly and looks great. Very happy with the sales man and the crew, as well as their office staff. Nice.The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that one of the fence posts wobbled for weeks because I suspect they skipped it when adding concrete. Also the fence corners on one side of the yard were out of square and one side of our pergola does not line up with the other side, so putting pavers under it will be tricky to avoid looking funny. Some heavy old posts were left behind shrubs after cleanup and had to be cut up for trash pick up.

Hired Armor Fence last month to build a new double gate and refence about half our yard. They came out pretty quickly gave us a quote that was within our budget and after comparing a few quotes we ended up going with Armor fence not only because they have a competitive price, they also answered our questions, and had great suggestions on how to best complete the project. We weren't 100% happy with the gate and raised our concerns with them and they came out, made some minor adjustments (more for my personal warm & fuzzy, there wasn't anything technically wrong) and now I am happy as can be. When we end up redoing the rest of our fence they will be who we go back to. 🙂

Kristian was delightful to work with. He came for a site visit within 24 hours of my call. After careful consideration, he recognized the problem I was trying to solve would be best addressed by electrifying my existing fence. While Armorfence doesn't do electrical work, he found a reputable vendor that does and referred me to them. I really appreciated his honest feedback and helpful nature.
